USPS First Class or Priority Mail is our Standard and Preferred shipping method. All shipments are sent with Delivery Confirmation. 1st Class Mail does not include insurance nor is it offered. Priority Mail & Express Mail include limited insurance up to $100.00. Shipping option is the customer's choice upon check out. All claims are processed thru the USPS. Do not contact keys4urride.com about lost or mis-directed packages. keys4urride.com will not issue any refunds for lost or mis-directed packages.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:
We are happy to help you with a return that meets certain conditions. If any purchase fails to meet your satisfaction, contact us and you may return or exchange UNCUT key blanks within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. No REFUNDS for cut keys. Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from keys4urride.com and filled by keys4urride. Proof of purchase is required. Your return must be in the original package and include the original invoice received with the merchandise. Send the package prepaid Mail with Delivery Confirmation to the return address on the package. All return postage will be paid by the buyer regardless of who is at fault - no exceptions.
You will receive a credit via your original method of payment minus any shipping/handling, restocking or PayPal fees (5% or greater. PayPal does not refund transaction fee). Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt of return products. Please note that we will refund the initial shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We will not refund any monies for USPS guarantee shipping services (i.e. Priority Express). Contact USPS direct for information and refund. Furthermore we will not refund any monies on keys cut by key code unless it is our error. Double check all information provided. If you used a promotional code or certificate to pay for any part of an item that you want to return, you will be credited only the amount charged to your credit card. If you used a gift certificate to pay for any part of an item that you want to return, you will receive another certificate of equal value for future use. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
